An apartment building designed around who lives in it
Not a facility with a garden out the front. An ordinary apartment building where the shared spaces are designed so people know each other, and where support comes to your door rather than running the building.
Your own front door
A self contained apartment that is yours, with your furniture and your own key, not a room in a facility.
Neighbours, not corridors
Shared spaces designed so people actually use them. A rooftop, a long table, somewhere to sit with a cup of tea and company.
Support that comes to you
Your Support at Home services delivered in your own apartment, by a small team who know your name and your routine.

You can see the idea working today in our villages across New South Wales. The older Australians version borrows the same thinking: your own apartment, shared spaces people actually use, and support delivered to you rather than around you.
Honest note: there is nothing available to apply for today and we are not naming a date. Registering your interest does not commit you to anything, and it is not a waiting list for a home. The image above is a concept render.
