Support on site

A small, skilled team on site who get to know each member's routine, with support hours shaped around each member's NDIS plan and Roster of Care. Day to day that can include personal care, help with household routines, mealtime assistance, medication prompts and support to get to appointments and out into the community. The team works with different communication styles, sensory needs and routine based support, and clinical support is available through the Kintera Care clinical team.
