Support on site

A small, consistent team supports the same members, so the people helping you know your routine well. Support hours are set by each member's NDIS plan and Roster of Care, and the village team is on site to those hours. Day to day that can include help with daily living and household routines, personal care, meal preparation, medication prompts, and support to get to appointments and out into the community. The team is experienced in routine based and individual support, and clinical support is available through the Kintera Care clinical team. Our clinical triage team can help with suitability, assessments and planning a smooth move in.
